Pregnancy Massage - Relax on a pillow that allows you to lie comfortably on your belly. As the body changes, it puts strain & discomfort on the muscles & joints. Massage can help soothe these aches & pains. (Not recommended during the 1st trimester.)
Lymphatic drainage - This helps to boost the immune lymphatic systems, enhancing energy. By releasing congestion, swelling, & fluid retension, it can improve the appearance of the skin & recuperation from illness.
